Post anchors 2-sided – high uplift 12 gauge stand-off plate – 10 gauge base 5- 1/2 inches w x 6 inches h x 5 inches l post size 4 inches x 4 finish=triple zinc Used to secure wood posts to concrete footings and to provide moisture damage protection. Higher uplift resistance an optional bolt fastening to post. Features a 1 inch stand-off plate to evaluate wood posts above concrete surfaces. Drain slots allow the anch ors to shed water. Triple zinc finish for ACQ pressure treated lumber. Not for fence posts or other unrestrained (not fixed or fastened at top) applications. Not designed to resist overturning (moment) loads. Requires (12) 16d HDG nails or (2) 1/2 inches HDG bo lts and (1) 5/8 inches anchor bolt for installation. Meets ICC-ES ESR-1881, FL821, L.A. City RR 25779 and Dade County, FL 07-0306.06, PAU44-TZ and PAU66-TZ codes.
